General Rules - Breaking these rules can and will get you banned!

A valid email must be used when signing up to the site. A valid email is an email that you frequently use and must be password protected. Passwordless emails such as dodgeit.com are not acceptable and will result in black listing. DO NOT SIGNUP WITH MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS FROM THE SAME IP OR USE 2 ACCOUNTS ON THE SAME IP!!! If you are going to sign up with more than one account from the same IP or use 2 accounts from the same IP, notify the staff first by using Staff Box at the bottom of the Staff link as to why OR both accounts will be Blacklisted without further warning! If you use a network (University, School, Appartment, Work, Etc.) where there is even the smallest possibility that you may at some point dupe or be duped by someone else, notify the staff to avoid blacklisting!!! If you are helping someone sign up from either your IP or have used your login at a new IP being signed up or login at a friends, etc., make sure you login at a seperate IP within 6 hours to avoid being Blacklisted. You DO NOT require more than 1 account!!! Under NO circumstance do you require more than 1 account!!! You WILL be blacklisted if you are found with more than 1 account!!! Do not defy the moderators/admins/sysops expressed wishes! Do not upload our torrents to other trackers! (See the FAQ for details.) Trading accounts is not permitted. Anyone found doing so will be blacklisted without further appeal. Sharing of accounts is not permitted. Your account is YOUR account only! No one else should be using it! If someone you know wants to use the site, invite them. If you do not have invites, they will have to wait until you do. Anyone found sharing accounts will be blacklisted without further appeal! Disruptive behaviour in the forums or in the IRC chat will result in a warning ( ). You will only get ONE warning! After that it's bye bye!

Downloading Rules - By not following these rules you will lose download privileges!

Low ratios may result in severe consequences, including banning in extreme cases. If you leech it, seed it!!! We expect ALL users to be connectable (if you need help, ask in the forums or in irc chat) and seed 1:1 or for at least 72 hours. Keep a global ratio of 1.00 or above at all times. When leaving comments on torrents, be sure to say thank you (the uploaders work hard to provide the releases, even if the releases end up getting nuked, remember it's not their fault). Any flaming, disrespect or negative comment of any fashion will result in a warning and you will only get 1 warning, if you post a 2nd innapropriate comment, you will be Blacklisted without further appeal. Valid nuke comments are accepted, such as "Video is interlaced" or "Goes out of Sync at 12:43" or proper scene nuke reasons, not "This sucks, the video was crap". Under no circumstance are you to post a comment such as "Do not download", etc.  Other users can make up their own minds. Be respectful and informative in your comments.

General Forum/IRC Guidelines - Please follow these guidelines or else you might end up with a warning!

Use your site nickname when in chat. No aggressive behaviour or flaming. No trashing of other peoples topics, ideas, suggestions, countries, religions, race, gender, etc. No Spamming. No posting of money making sites, scam sites, etc. If you're not sure, DON'T post it. No Trolling in forums (i.e. making comments designed to induce angry comments) No language other than English. No systematic foul language (and none at all on titles). No flooding the IRC channel. No links to warez or crack sites. No links or discussion of other Torrent sites names or asking for invites or offering to trade invites (further, see invite rules). If you want to trade or find links to other invites, pm someone about it. This is a simple sign of respect. No requesting or posting of serials, CD keys, passwords or cracks. No requesting why there has been no 'scene' releases in the last 7 days. No bumping in forums... (All bumped threads will be deleted.) No images in forums larger than 800x600, and preferably web-optimized. No double posting in forums. If you wish to post again, and yours is the last post in the thread please use the EDIT function, instead of posting a double. Please ensure all questions are posted in the correct section! (Game questions in the Games section, Apps questions in the Apps section, etc.) Last, please read the FAQ before asking any questions!

Invite Rules - Be smart with your invites!

Only invite people you trust! Do not participate in, nor start invite giveaways! Do not sell our invites! Do not offer our invites publicly! Do not trade our invites! Do not ask for more invites! Invites are given and taken at the staffs discretion. Do not ask us why your invites have disappeared or changed in number! If you break any other rules and get a warning, you will lose ALL of your invites! YOU are responsible for who you invite! If someone you invited breaks the rules and they are blacklisted, YOU may be blacklisted with them! If you break a rule and end up blacklisted, the person who invited you may also be blacklisted! If you or your invitees break too many rules, EVERYONE you invited may be blacklisted! You are responsible for who you invite and for the people who invited you!

Avatar Guidelines - Please try to follow these guidelines

The allowed formats are .gif, .jpg and .png. Be considerate. Resize your images to a width of 150 px and a size of no more than 150 KB. (Browsers will rescale them anyway: smaller images will be expanded and will not look good; larger images will just waste bandwidth and CPU cycles.) For now this is just a guideline but it will be automatically enforced in the near future. Do not use potentially offensive material involving porn, religious material, animal / human cruelty or ideologically charged images. Mods have wide discretion on what is acceptable. If in doubt PM one.
